  • To respond to user enquiries and offer support to users - We may use your information to respond to your enquiries and solve any potential issues you might have with the use of our services.

We may use and store this information in aggregated and anonymised form so that it is not associated with individual end users and does not include personal information. 4. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION

We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting or other reporting requirements). 
When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymise it. If this is not possible, for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives, then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

5. STORAGE OF INFORMATION

We follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information which you have given us, to prevent unauthorised access in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We do not collect sensitive information about you except when you knowingly provide it. Unfortunately, the transmission of information through the internet is not always secure. With the internet being an open system, HR in One does not guarantee the security of information sent via the contact form on our website or by email. Any data sent is at your own risk.

HR in One may change this policy by updating this page. Please check this page from periodically to ensure that you are happy with any changes. This privacy policy is effective from March 2020.
